The room was great, we had a small kitchen. Our room was in the corner of the building and we had 2 big windows on both sides and we had a great view of Manizales. The rooms are very modern and the beds are very comfortable. We had interior parking included Breakfast was included and delicious. We also received complimentary drinks for dinner. We reserve the jacuzzi and sauna 2 times, one at night and one in the morning after breakfast. It's very relaxing and you have a beautiful view of the city. Unfortunately, the steam room was not working but overall a great experience. The hotel is located in front of a shopping mall and a grocery store if you need to buy or pick up last-minute things. It was very useful for us.

A "real" Colombian town in the heart of the coffee zone. Easy to get to ecoparks, coffee fincas, Los Nevados mountains...even saw Once Caldas the local football team play at the stadium...cheap tickets available on the night. Fabulous & cheap restaurants. Great buses everywhere.

Hotel is conveniently situated near Parque Caldas and Aereo Cable station. You can walk to anything worth seeing in the center and take the cable car to Villamaria town. For Palermo and Milan, you have to take a taxi. They had a magnificent view and an area with comfy couches to enjoy. I wasn't bothered by any outside noise during the night. Staff is attentive.

The view was picturesque and the atmosphere is so serene. Majhid was such a gracious and helpful host.
The location and service was amazing! All the staff was incredibly nice and helpful.
The rooms are small but have everything needed. Well decorated and maintained. The staff are all nice and very attentive. Thermal water pools are lovely. You will see hummingbird birds but sadly mid August to September is nesting season so if going mainly to see them book other dates.

It is spotlessly clean and the hot water shower was fine. There was a nice little kitchenette. The concierge, or property manager, Im not sure his title, Carlos, was very nice. Just one block off the main drag through Cables, Santander Ave, so easy to walk or catch the bus to anywhere.
