This was hands down the best house we’ve ever stayed in! The host was truly exceptional—warm, cheerful, and always ready to help, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a delicious spread each morning, and the rooms were spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re traveling with kids, I highly recommend this place. It’s perfect for families, with plenty of space and a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like home. Another highlight is the fantastic local food options just a few minutes’ walk away, so definitely take some time to explore the nearby eateries. Overall, an unforgettable experience!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The owner was really helpful - we missed the train in Beijing, so she helped us with an alternative route. When we arrived, we had dinner with vegetables from their own garden, and the next morning after breakfast she had prepared a lunch package to take on our hike to the wall. The location is really convenient, just a 10 min walk to one of the entrances near Gubeikou. You can choose to walk only there (already great) or pass to the Jinshanling area as well. The rooms where comfortable as well. Would definitely recommend!
