This is the place to stay in Porvenir! It is a lovely old building with great character. The host was very welcoming. It was New Year's Day and all the restaurants were closed. He made us lovely cheese and ham toasties and even gave me a bottle of beer! The breakfast was very good and nice and early as we needed to get to the Parque Penguino Rey by 10:00 am. An interesting detail is that his Father wrote the famous "Birds of Chile" book which you find everywhere, usually in Spanish. There is plenty of parking on the street outside.

Nini and JP were amazing hosts. It was magical to wake up every morning in comfy beds knowing we were in such a remote area about to have a tasty breakfast before heading for adventures. They went above and beyond to make this a very special stay, despite the logistical complexity of having a lodge in the south of the island. Thank you Innata!

The host was super kind and helpful, met us on arrival and opened the house. She lives next door so it was very easy to organize and communicate with her. We had a wonderful experience. Christian made us know the town and history of the island. We spent the first day of the new year here and it felt like family.

The kitchen has everything you need in order to make meals. Only a 5 minutes walk to the city centre. The wifi works well. Really enjoyed our stay here - thank you!
