We are very glad that we chose this hotel in Zermatt, the staff is very friendly and helpful, check in went very fast and the possibility to leave the suitcase in the special room is a great option that hotel provides. Before our arrival we asked to ensure a nice room for us as we were celebrating our anniversary, we also chose a room for two with a Matterhorn view. We haven’t expected such a marvelous view as it was in reality. Our room was very clean and there was everything we needed. In addition to this, we were very positively surprised by the pool and jacuzzi. Hotel Spa is a perfect place to relax and spend free time enjoying Zermatt views and nature. The breakfast was also perfect, huge choice of cheese (my paradise), fruits and breads. Very nice and kind staff, I received soja milk to coffee right after I asked for this. In general the interior is very beautiful and cosy. It was also very kind from the waiter’s side to accept the order from us when the restaurant was almost closed, so we received two desserts “Toblerone mousse” at 22:30. Thank you for making our stay in Zermatt unforgettable. We are planning to stay in this wonderful hotel for sure in our future.

Hotel Bristol is a family run hotel which is nice to see with family albums. It deserves to be 4 stars. The rooms are clean and nice with balcony with Matterhorn view that is really nice. It is conveniently located with the shuttle bus (free with ski day pass) taking you to all the gondolas for the ski slopes. The breakfast was good and the bar cosy. They have a free taxi service to take you to the train station. The spa is very complete with spa and Finnish and bio sauna and many more.

The room is quite good, and clean. But the part I like the most is that the staff are extremely nice! They are super kind and helpful. Also, there is a dressing and shower room that you can use even after checkout. We hiked and went to the hotel to take our luggage back and were able to shower before going home.
