Located next to the train station in Glovelier, Hôtel-Restaurant de la Gare is set in a historic building and features a restaurant serving fresh regional dishes with local products. The food was exceptional. Amazing presentation and the use of local product is to be commended. The wine pairing with the dinner was a bit strange... the rest was so very tasteful.
