In a bike trip across Switzerland with stays in 10 different hotels, this was easily our favorite. Not fancy or at all pretentious. Just super friendly and relaxed with a drop dead view.

The breakfast was the best I've had so far on this trip.

Set in the car-free mountain village of Braunwald, Märchenhotel is a family friendly house featuring a spa area with sauna, family pools, many children activities and different playgrounds. Amazing hotel to visit with young kids, they’ve really thought of everything to entertain them (and give parents a break), our daughter loved it. Beautiful location with amazing views of the valley and mountains.

Seminarhotel Lihn har ett lugnt läge i Filzbach på Kerenzerberg-platån. Här erbjuds panoramautsikt över sjön Walen och berget Churfirsten samt gratis Wi-Fi. The view is outstanding!!! Wonderful bed-clothes (super soft and comfy). Love this place, very close to different hiking locations.

The room was also tidy and the beds were comfortable. The water slide was included in the room price and my kids loved every minute of the fun! There are SO MANY ACTIVITIES to do at this facility. It's actually the local community center that just happened to convert a few rooms for guests.
