The room was well appointed, regularly cleaned with comfortable beds and a balcony looking out to the mountains. Breakfast was tasty with a good choice on offer, including hot and cold food. The room was clean and quiet. The free upgrade to a double room with a balcony was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was solid and the facilities exceeded expectations! Boot warmers and free snacks upon arrival into the sports storage room were an added bonus!

Hyvä mannermainen aamiainen. Saimme huoneeksi valtavan kokoisen huoneiston. Huoneistossa oli kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi isoa kylpyhuonetta, keittiö sekä olohuone. Pääsimme huoneeseen viemään laukut jo ennen sisäänkirjautumisaikaa. Hotellista sai jokaiselle majoittujalle henkilökohtaiset kortit, joilla pystyi käyttämään julkista liikennettä (busseja ja junaa) ilmaiseksi Davos-Klostersin alueella.

Again perfect stay at this great historic hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. hotel is not in Davos, which ensures fresh air, quietness and great views. To get there, you need to take the funicular, cable railway (fee included in the overnight cost). Separate parking area paid additionally within walking distance from the cable railway. Everything is well maintained and clean, you can see the age and past glory which gives the hotel very unique character and atmosphere.

Don’t understand why this hotel is not so popular on Bookings.com. If you happen to travel by car, this should be your choice of hotel at Davos. The junior suite we assigned was in the new building. The room is very spacious and all facilities are very new. The hotel even had a very big kids club got indoor and outdoor play. Not to mention the swimming pool opened till 9pm.

Very family friendly, with playground, many toys. Nice addition is private sauna and small swimming pool (only 40 cm) for kids. It is a very quiet location with nice view. Just next to the forest, so great for the walk.

The room came with a balcony and we had one with good view to the mountains, great for chilling out in the evening with the dog. Less than 5 mins walk to the hiking track. Breakfast was good and staff at breakfast area was friendly.
The apartment and the whole facility is outstanding! Everything is new, clean and exactly as on the pictures
