Located in the city centre next to the small Suze canal and the pedestrianised shopping zone, the Mercure Biel hotel is easily reachable on foot from the main station. Perfectly cleans. Modern style. Very friendly team. Sleeping Room is very well equipped. Clean. Despite close traffic outside, no noice in the room (perfect windows). Breakfast is fantastic in terms of wide choice of food and drinks, quality and presentation. We joined breakfast 9:30 am. Still whole choice of food and drinks presented. Price is ok given the value.

The hotel seems to be renovated recently, everything in the room or floors is new , comfortable and cosy. The breakfast was even served on sunday at 6:30, wich was very important for us. There was everything you need including fruits and bakery.. The management was friendly and compenent, even gave me a charger for my phone. The bed , blankets pillows and the matrass -läjust perfect! It was also very clean. Im very impressed and will for sure come again.

Super location and beautiful view from our window over Lake Biel. Clean and comfortable. Quiet. Breakfast was good though basic. A greater choice would have been nice. The lady in charge was very attentive and friendly.

Hotel Schlössli - Free Parking is located in the village of Ipsach and just 400 metres from Lake Biel. It offers a lovely garden terrace and an elegant restaurant. I liked the quietness of the place and the very friendly and welcoming staff.

Located in Biel and with Bernexpo reachable within 38 km, Hotel Dufour provides a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a bar, free WiFi throughout the property and massage services. The room was very pleasant, clean, comfortable and had all the necessary facilities including its own bathroom with shower. The location of the Hotel Dufour was very good, in the town centre and near the old town. It was a pleasant 15 minute walk to Biel/Bienne railway station and there was a frequent trolleybus service to and from the station. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty with a good variety of drinks and food which were plentiful. The hotel also had its own excellent Indian restaurant with an impressive variety of food which was very reasonably priced.
