Hotel Stoffel - adults only is located the upper part of Arosa, just a 1-minute walk from the closest ski slopes of the Arosa/Lenzerheide Ski Area and 30 km from Chur. Extremely nice hotel, rooms and staff. The changing dinner is fantastic (based on local seasonal produce), and you get it to a lower rate when you stay at the hotel. We (my wife and I) had the room with the rooftop terrace, which is an amazing place both during the day and to watch the stars at night. The hotel also gave us 2 "Arosa Cards" so we could ride the lift system, buses and most of the train ride to/from Chur (Arosa-Lüen + Lüen-Arosa) for free. That is a nice touch! The hotel is quiet, cute, beautiful and excellent spot to start your hikes, have a romantic holiday or take the gondola lift to the Hörnli mountain station. The nearest bus stop is only 2min walk away.

The Hotel Hohe Promenade, family-run since 1947, enjoys a slightly elevated location on a central yet tranquil spot in Arosa. It offers a sauna, fine cuisine and wines, and free WiFi. The rooms are very well appointed, the breakfast has a great selection and great service. We visited in the summer, went for hikes in the morning and spent the afternoon enjoying the spa facility, which was fantastic with all the options of sauna, aroma therapy and a great pool. We will return next time we’re in Arosa.

The hotel location and the views of the mountains were stunning, both from the dining room and the room itself. The dinner was of a high standard and the set menus were excellent, as was the service. The staff were super friendly, helpful and very easy to talk to. The rooms and beds were very comfortable too. The hotel location was excellent, being so close to the Hornli lift and really peaceful. The Hotel Stoffel was the perfect getaway, and I will definitely stay there again when I next visit Arosa. Very highly recommended!

the apartment is well located in Arosa and is close to shops and restaurants. although it is central in town there is no car or traffic noise. the host is very accommodating for late arrivals and our keys were easy to find. the apartment is clean and well decorated. plenty of space with 2 rooms and 3 beds in each. the bathrooms and kitchen are modern with high quality appliances. we also had a nice balcony. could not fault anything.

New apartment, clean, spacious and comfortable, with a lovely fireplace, large terrace and well appointed kitchen. In the basement there is a private room for ski attire, which we found very useful. Location is central, but quiet, near the beautiful Arosa lake and at walking distance to the train station, ski lifts and a multitude of shops, including ski rentals. The hosts were very accommodating and communicated perfectly.
Seehof Arosa is located on the lake (swimming and other outdoor facilities). The welcome by Hotel staff was nice and personal (Director), and check-in was easy. The generous building hosts, e.g., a Restaurant (innovative cuisine) and a breakfast room (great buffet) with large windows. Very friendly staff! Our room had a balcony facing the lake. A very nice stay, overall - yet too short ...
We stayed in the two bedroom apartment as a family of four. It was a beautiful, clean apartment with a washing machine, kitchen and dining area and a gorgeous balcony with view of the lake. It was really spacious. The spa was spotlessly clean and a lovely relaxing space. Breakfast was delicious and great that the Arosa card allows full free access to the boating and cable cars etc.

The location is great, Arosa itself is beautiful and feels much less busy than Lenzerheide, the house is at the end of a ski run, so it is possible to ski down from the the resort almost into the living room. We never saw the staff but the contact person was extremely helpful in sorting out remotely our access to the apartment, as the keys had been misplaced by the cleaning staff.

Great location & apartment with an unbelievable view. The bus went from the end of the road to the lifts (2 minute journey) which made it very easy to get to the ski area. Once out of Ski boots it was an easy walk to the main supermarket & shops. Valerie was an excellent host & I would recommend AROSA exklusiv to anyone who wants to book a trip to a great ski resort!
The location is nice. Coop is nearby as well as some nice restaurants and Cafes. The ski lift is also nearby. The view from the windows of the apartment is breathtaking. Our little boy liked to watch the red train passing by the village. I liked the design of the flat, the small details about the history of the Arosa resort as well as the books about the region itself.

The hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our time in Arosa. We took our dog with us and that's great that the hotel accept dogs in the rooms. In addition, everytime we had questions the hotel replied very quicky per e-mail which is very appreciated. The breakfast was exceptional and the spa areas are also great.
Amazing staff and location. I went by myself on a solo ski trip and m stay was everything I was hoping for. Hotel is at a walking distance from the train station,.and the train trip from Chur to Arosa is just stunning. The small spa in the hotel provided for a much needed relaxing time after a day of skiing!

Hotel located a few steps from the center of Arosa, the structure is perfectly maintained and with attention to detail by the owners. Excellent room, very clean and furnished with style. Fantastic and abundant breakfast with genuine food. My partner and I had a great time, we will definitely be back.
Next to Robinson Arosa, so their facilities like swimming pool, sauna and tennis courts are accessible. there are buses in the morning at 9 and 9:30 to take you up till the station and at 3:30 for the return. The apartment is adequate for 4 ppl. It had all the facilities.

Amazing and cozy apartment with amazing view. Super clean with all things that you need, even we have got complementary cards to visit popular places around Arosa. Check in and check out was very easy with understandable instruction. Laundry was just downstairs.
