All staff members — from the gardener to the highest level of hotel staff — were very welcoming & helpful.

Staff were excellent, very nice and friendly. Hotel was very clean and spotless. It's halfway between mountains and big cities, that's why we picked this location. It's about 40 minutes from Basel airport and 1 hour 20 minutes from Titilis mountains. You need to rent a car if you choose this hotel. Thank you for all your kindness and hard work.
