When we first walked into the hotel, I was quite impressed. beautiful place. The people who checked us in, very nice people. Went to our room, Very nice . beds were very comfortable. when we went to bed for the night took us maybe half a minute to fall asleep and heard nothing till morning. there was bottles attached to the wall, for pumped hand soap, Will most definitely be back again, next time we come to Thunder Bay. First time we stayed here, but definitely won't be the last!!
We have stayed at this hotel a number of times on our way through Thunder Bay. It has never disappointed. The last couple of times we have booked a king suite and have found it to be very spacious and comfortable. When we stay here we order a takeout dinner from The Five Forks restaurant next door which is so handy and has many delicious options. There is a lot of choice for the breakfast at the hotel and the friendly, helpful person who works in the breakfast area keeps it spotless!
Unfortunately, there was a big snowstorm on March 25 and 26, which did not allow us to travel by car from Winnipeg to Thunder Bay. The manager at the hotel decided NOT to refund us any money for this natural danger that occurred. We will definitely seek other accommodations the next time we travel to Thunder Bay.
Thunder Bay is a town that is either in steep decline or on its way up. But as it is now it has little or no charm. Yet this hotel was an exception. The lobby looked like some something out of a transient hotel but our room was magnificent and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.
We had a suite with two queen beds and a pullout sofa. It was spacious, clean, and met all our needs. Check-in was easy and the front-end staff was friendly and professional. I would stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Thunder Bay.

The hostel is both clean and aesthetic. The staff are absolutely lovely and make sure you are comfortable. The bathrooms are great with individual shower rooms. This was the best place I could have hoped to stay at in Thunder Bay.
Our say was fine, everything you expect from a decent hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location near the airport was convenient for our stay. I would stay again for a night or two if I were flying-in/out of Thunder Bay
This hotel is beautiful! The pool is heated so it's awesome, the rooms are clean and the beds are amazing. Best place to stay in Thunder Bay for sure.

We enjoyed the room was really nice as was the pool and hot tub.We kind of feel that if you have a good breakfast special you should maybe do more to make your guest more awhere.We didn’t know you offered breakfast in any form so we went elsewhere for breakfast .
