The room was spotless and well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast delivered to our room was just enough to begin the day and the hotel graciously accommodated my request for a gluten free option. After checkout, the hotel stored our luggage until our departure to the airport. The hotel helped make our stay in Montreal very enjoyable. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!

Le Monastère des Augustines, a health and wellness centre, is a former monastery from the 17th century that has been completely restored. Perfectly located to all the upper town attractions. Like living in a living history museum. The rooms (stayed in a contemporary room) were simple, clean and almost scandanavian design, but very comfortable beds and retained the authentic windows. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Loved our time! The museum was so well done and really fascinating, a must see if you visit.

Vi bodde La Familial de Normandie som är en lägenhet i ett hus med fullt utrustat kök. Pga av allergi lagar vi mycket mat själva vilket fungerade utmärkt. Värden bor bredvid och är jättetrevlig. Vi var på Citadellet på guidad tur dom ej var prisvärd. Besökte också Beaux art muséet som var fantastiskt både utställning och byggnad. Vi såg Hergé utställningen på Musée civilisation och det var spännande. Rekommenderar varmt valskådning med Zodiacbåt genom turistbyrån i Quebec. Underbart vi såg flera olika sorters valar och var ute i båt 3 timmar. Besökte även l'ile de Orleans' som var gudomligt vacker.
Det är definitivt värt att ta en omväg för att åka till Quebec City. Gamla Stan var mycket större än finare än vad vi förväntade oss. Inte ovanligt att det kallas Gamla Stan i olika städer och sedannär det en gata med lite äldre hus. Inte här, det är verkligen en hel stad i staden. Många roliga, mysiga restauranger och kaféer.
