We chose the property purely based on its location between Saquenay and Quebec and time of day we needed to leave the former and arrive at the latter. We arrived tired and hungry at 7pm after a long day of kayaking in Saguenay and the proprietor's answer to our request for dinner suggestions (go to the grocery store for a baguette, some paté, and a bottle of wine and eat it on the balcony) was perfect. We enjoyed the proprietor's sense of humor and chit-chat over breakfast in the morning. He kindly also let us spread out our wet camping gear on the fence and lawn to drive so that we could properly repack it before continuing our journey into Quebec where wouldn't need it for several days.

Situated on the shore of the St. Lawrence River in La Malbaie, this hotel features a restaurant. The pavilion has a full-service spa, an indoor pool and spacious studios with kitchenettes. the best option if you want to relax and need a spa in the same location, in the evenings we had a pool that was open after the spa closed. Great to finish the evening.

Centrally located in La Malbaie, this hotel is within 1 km of Murray Bay Golf Course. This property with a view of Saint Lawrence River offers guest rooms with cable TV. our room was small but very cute. It had everything we needed and the cleanliness was impeccable. I have never had a room so immaculate, it felt like home. Breakfast was good but could have added a few more choices. The service was the best. I recommend it 100%. I booked the room with the view.
