Without us asking they offered us the most glamorous apartment. The view was breath-taking. We were very happy with the buffet breakfast also. Both the food and the coffee was of great quality. I can say the olives were some of the best I ever had. Both the city and the hotel are a hidden pearl in Bulgaria.

I enjoyed very much the cleanliness of the room and the mountain view from the window. The staff is very helpful and friendly and there is a nice restaurant where the guests can have very good Italian style dinner.

They organised a repair and then met me and escorted me to the hotel, although they do not serve food, i was offered food as soon as i arrived but just needed shower and sleep. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller, it is excellent value, exceptionally clean, minutes walk from town and eating places.

Very comfortable bad and no noise inside the room even if it was a storm during night.
