Completely renovated facilities, everything was very clean and new. The breakfast and lunch buffet offered a very nice variety of cold and warm options. The wellness area was also very cosy. And the staff is always friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend it.

Wee really enjoyed the city for its culture & history nice food ) cheap for drinks and taxis but be warned there are 2 taxis one is local & the other will rip you of they have priceists in the window so check first but l Highley recommend Sofia.
Central Sofia is so easy to get around. It has such beautiful architecture, churches of different cultures. Lovely shops. People are so friendly and helpful. It is really cheap to visit and restaurants great value. Happy restaurants are great value.we took English speaking bus tour which was great.
Sofia was more amazing than i could ever have expected. The highlight was taking one of the free walking tours where we learnt a lot about the city and Bulgaria in general. A very beautiful place, with some fantastic restaurants. Up and coming, and not yet inundated with tourists.
Go on the Free Sofia Tour as soon as you can during your trip, you will get to see most of the sights in just over two hours, you can then go back to the ones that interest you the most. We had a lovely dinner at Moma and also at Made In Home.
Bulgaria and Sofia could be excellent destination, but still houses need desperately renovation,people could be friendlier and less 'money talks' behaviour.
The free Sofia walking tour of the old town: professionally done- the guide was passionate & knowledgeable about Sofia. Many restaurants& cafe in pedestrianised zone & sights: lots to do.
A vibrant city that you can easily get around on foot. Plenty of great restaurants, tasty food is certainly not in short supply. The Free Sofia walking tour was a good start to the holiday which gave us an idea of other places to visit.
Serdika metro station is fab, with Roman ruins and souvenir shops. Churches and museums and theatre and parks all in the centre of Sofia. Plenty of tours as well as a early morning running tour or even a bike tour round 7 different parks. Great indoor market. Fabulous place to visit. A great restaurant is Einstein’s. metro is easy to use and you can get one pass for bus, trams and metro for any number of days.
Sofia is a lively city , with so many cafes and restaurants to chose from . Lots of beautiful architecture to admire and stunning clean parks to wonder through. As a woman who always stays there alone , I always feel very safe .
