Staff was extremely friendly, and helped with every single request I had. They have their own taxi driver, so for approx 15€ for one way, they drives us to lift to the hike path 7 rila lakes, and then took us back. They even drove us back to Sofia. Spa area was amazing, there were no a lot of people, so it felt almost empty. There were several jacuzzi with mineral water, swimming pool for adult and for children. Highly recommend. Breakfast was very good, they even served champagne for breakfast.

Breakfast was varied and delicious. It's hard to take your eyes off the mountain view that opens from the restaurant. It was beautiful. It is certainly a suitable place for a romantic dinner with your partner. The staff are polite and kind.

This hotel is situated in the town of Rila, next to a bus stop and on the road towards the Rila Monastery. It features free Wi-Fi and free parking. The staff, Romeo and Vladimir (brothers) were extremely friendly and helpful. Their mother cooks amazing traditional Bulgarian dishes for dinner. The place was rural but sophisticated at the same time. We didn't want to leave.
