The SPA is great, and the 15 min 90-degree sauna + the 10 min Igloo combo is my favorite! The facilities are clear and functional. Outside pool with warm water overlooking the snowy mountains is one of my favorite spots as well! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the bar has all you need in terms of drinks! I recommend!

This is a budget friendly hotel with vintage vibes. Our room had great view over the town, it was really clean and location was perfect. You couldnt hear any noise to the room, yeat it was next to the shopping street. Staff was genuine, warm and took care of our needs and helped us in so many different ways with transportation, earlier check-in, restaurant recommendations and made us delicious omelet for breakfast. We truly felt like we stayed in a boutique hotel since the service was just outstanding. I have already recommed this hotel to my friends and family.

The room was spacious, and we had a wonderful mountain view from the balcony. The pool was amazing. The indoor playground is not very large, but it's well equipped. The variety of foods for breakfast and dinner was amazing, and the food was tasty. There were parking spots available in front of the hotel. The TV had Netflix and YouTube without ads.
The thermo pool was amazing,,, The sauna and steam were the real deal!! The food was so good I actually miss it!!
The location is great, surrounded by both, the nature and the city, with children playgrounds, shops and restaurants nearby. The indoor and outdoor pools are well maintained, suitable for the whole family, including elderly and children. They can be also be used for hydromassage, hence be very therapeutic. The spa was also great. The rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel areas in general are spotless. The food is delicious.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed at the chalet next to the hotel, which is great for a couple-we really liked the privacy that came with it as well as the delicious meals just on a minute walk to the restaurant. The SPA center was really nice. There weren't many people so we really relaxed. We would definitely visit again

La struttura è molto ampia con la presenza di parcheggio, è come entrare in una città. Sono presenti molto mini market e ristoranti. Ricca colazione. Ha tanto potenziale ma non sfruttata al massimo.

The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!
The view from the hotel and the atmosphere around it made me feel 100% relaxed. The staff were very friendly especially with my child and the breakfast was super delisious.
Cannot recommend this place enough. The villa is wonderful, the pool and gardens are nice, their wine is great as is the food. The staff is friendly and attentive! The place is very serene.
