We have been observing the hotel for few years, even while it was being built, but it was our first stay in there. What makes excellent first impression is the cleanliness - premises, towels, sheets. The room was huge and it was one of the largest double beds I have seen so far. We did not have the chance the check on internet or TV - we were just not there for that. There was enough place to park in front, the receptionists were helpful. The whole neighborhood is silent and although some may consider the place distant from the beach, this has been our region in Kranevo, few times per year to stay and it offers much better experience than anything closer to the beach, where one would not be able to relax, despite the price tag of the hotel - even Casa di Fiore or Therma.

I'm usually expecting to see a decrease in quality after hotel opening but is not the case with this hotel. It is a lovely hotel. The location is just perfect, close to Queen Maria's castle, in the most quiet part of Balchik. You can hear only the waves of the sea. The rooms are perfectly clean and beautifully decorated; they all have a sea view. The food is also great. The staff is very nice, always smiling and trying to offer you support. I do look forward to my next stay there, as my vacation was truly wonderful.
