The room a little dated but we gather thats on the agenda. The room was large and comfy and had all that we needed for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was all local produce and well presented. Staff exceedingly polite and responsive.

The location is at a walking distance from restaurants and shops. Dinant and Givet are easily reachable by car. The building and the rooms have a lovely countryside style. Rooms are recently renovated. Coffee/tea can be prepared in the room and bottled water was complimentary. Free wifi working perfectly. The manager of the hotel is a friendly lovely lady who will do everything to make you feel at home. Breakfast is served in a very nice and cozy environment and we enjoyed it, especially the home made yoghurt and fruit salad. We loved our stay in L'auberge: it was a fantastic experience and we hope to visit again
