Hotel De Maretak features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Dilsen-Stokkem. I had the most delightful stay at the Hotel De Maretak. It has only a few rooms, which gives it the charm of a bed and breakfast. The building's architecture and the attention to detail in the decor both outside and inside continually captured my attention. The dining room is especially gorgeous. My room was average in size but comfortable and quiet. Most impressive was the evening dinner, which was worthy of a multiple-star restaurant. The owners could not do enough for me. They are amazing. I recommend this hotel very highly. If you have the chance to stay here, you should DEFINITELY take it.

Al Mulino is set in a historic renovated windmill, just outside of Maasmechelen and 10 minutes from Maastricht by car. Breakfast has typical European style with eggs cooked to order. We did not eat dinner there. The room was very modern and comfortable.
