Quiet, peaceful and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was amazing, everything was homemade. Fresh juice, homemade bread and cakes. Something new and freshly made each morning. The outdoor sauna was a nice touch.

Situated in the country side, Het Bloemenhof features an outdoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and well-equipped rooms. Bruges and the North Sea beach are a 12-minutes’ drive. Very nice small hotel in the country, very close to the coast. Big rooms and very comfortable and a lovely lounge and breakfast was included. The small things matter and that really is worth mentioning for this hotel. It looks also like a big bed and breakfast but with hotel facilities. Well done!

Rooms: Incredible rooms, big enough. There are refrigator, hair dryer, shampoo and enough towels. The beds can be controlled by a remote and very comfortable. What to do: The city of Brugge is a great city with Unesco-Peotection. Also the Blankenberge beaches must be great at summer time Safety: It's so safe, the building is in a nice neighbourhood and away from other houses. At night you can only access the hotel with your room card. Walking: Walking around the lake in a walking path was amazing. Just keep your jackets on :) Eats and drinks: The breakfast was amazing! Glutenfree options, vegan options and also lactosefree options was also included. And there's great %100 orange juice :) Other: The lake-view is amazing and worth the extra money for a lake-view room.

Had a great stay at the hotel De Vaart. A perfect location for our cycling break right on top of the Damme canal that links Brugge to Holland. Rudy and the team are fantastic hosts and we were made to feel very welcome. A great selection of beers on offer for post ride socialising and all very well priced. Breakfast was extensive and just what was needed to set you up for the day. The rooms are perfect for a cycling break and i had one of the best nights sleep i've had in a while add to that onsite secure cycle parking and what more can you ask for on a cycling break. I would defiantly stay again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family....5 stars all-round.

A very interesting proposition for guests wanting to relax during their travels in the pleasant and unique atmosphere of a peaceful Belgian village. The owners are very friendly, and the breakfast is very good. The spacious room is clean and comfortable. The view from the window is simply spectacular: sheep grazing on lush green grass, fields stretching to the horizon, and in the distance, the tower of a charming church. Convenient parking right under the hotel. We recommend this property with full confidence.

Would be a great place to stay on cycling holiday & ride alongside canal into Bruges.

The hotel is located close to Brugge in a calm area. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Many thanks to the owners for their help. They are so kind and professionnal.
