Walking distance to the town centre and foreshore. I have stayed a number of times and will keep returning.

Situated on the Western Australian coastline within the beautiful shores of Shark Bay, RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort offers beachfront accommodation. I had the most amazing room in the hotel part of this resort (#8). It was on the end of the line of beach-front cabins, so had an interrupted view of the sea and the dolphins and the boats. It was right on the beach, so I could hear the ocean at night, and could just walk down to the water when dolphins came by. The room itself was "self-contained" so I had all the dishes I needed, the grill, etc. The room was air-conditioned and very comfortable, and yet also had screens so I could open the doors and enjoy the breeze. I liked the food at the resort, and the coffee/cakes. I enjoyed being near the caravan park, where friends of mine had parked. I had great weather, beautiful sunsets, incredible days and evenings exploring the area. It was an unforgettable week at Monkey Mia.

Featuring air conditioning and an outdoor swimming pool, Outback Oasis Caravan Park offers accommodation in Carnarvon, just 700 metres from local shops and a supermarket. It was just perfect. So well set up, had everything you would need, hot shower, comfy beds, loved it. To be highly recommended!!
