I stayed here 12 nights and it was well worth the upgrade to a room with a view of Phillip Island. Great place, Paul is very helpful and there's an excellent bottle shop onsite.

Location was very convenient, I was able to walk into Burnt Pine and drive easily down to Kingston and indeed all over the island. The staff were friendly, responsive and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

Boasting garden views, Watermill Beach House Estate offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 700 metres from Emily Bay Beach. Watermill Beach house suited our 3 generation holiday perfectly! The outdoor sitting dining area was so relaxing as we watched the birds in the garden. The location was brilliant with an easy drive or walk for the energetic amongst us to Emily Bay.
