El servicio es excepcional, el staff es muy amable y ayudan y orientan para hacer de tu viaje una experiencia inolvidable, además de tener muy buena disposición. Mis hijos salieron felices ya que al final les dieron chocolates, en general buscan dar una excelente experiencia de hospedaje.

Breakfast had a lot of variety and it was tasty also my wife had birthday so staff surprised her with birthday card and a cake :) To sum up, awesome hotel where everything is really taken care of and traveller can only relax and enjoy.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, the food was phenomenally delicious,all buffets have a lot of variety, good wine, very good staff and very good service, although it’s a dog hotel it was very very clean ,very nice atmosphere with the dogs around , very nice warm pool , in a quiet location not in the middle of crowds , nice walking paths nearby and 5 minutes away by car from Kaltenbach skii lift

Everything about the hotel was what my son and I expected. The suites were finished in a very modern style and the artificial fireplace was the icing on the cake. The spa area was well dimensioned for the size of the hotel and the views from the top floor of the surrounding mountains was spectacular. The food we ate there, whether breakfast, afternoon "snack" or supper never disappointed.
Llegue hasta aquí por que quería algo diferente para el cumpleaños de mi hija llegue por una noche y terminé quedándome dos, por qué las atenciones y por lo relajada que me sentí cuando llegue .Me gusto todo , habitaciones familiares muy lindas, cómodas, limpias y sus diseños en madera y piedras me encantó. La comida y el desayuno excepciónal , muy rico todo, además que tienen todo muy bien organizado y preparado, de verdad que estoy muy encantada. La piscina nos gustó también , quedé curiosa por probar la otra para adultos 😅🤭 y bueno ya mañana para finalizar antes de irme me toca un masaje espero y quede super relajada y que me encante también igual que todo lo demás. No me quiero imaginar pasar una navidad aquí 🥰!!
This property had a great location close to gondola up mountain where we hiked. In addition, it had a pool and sauna and other on property amenities, including breakfast and dinner.
