This is one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed (128 countries traveled so far) the rooms are beautiful with absolutely gorgeous views. The spa is just wow,directly from the sauna you see the valley with the lake. After the spa I run to the restaurant expecting average hotel food but I was shocked by the selection and quality of the food. Organic meat, organic fish, organic eggs, home made pasta 🤯 all sourced locally from near by farms 😱 just wow!! I’m coming back for sure!!!

When we got there, we found out that the bed in our room was broken. The hotel reserved a room for us in another hotel, we didn't have to pay anything and we even received a gift from the hotel. Thank you for this helpful attitude.
