Incredible nice and friendly host family, where you feel very welcome. They love to give recommendations what you could do in the area and if you need something they'll help out. For skiers there's a ski room downstairs where you can also dry your boots. The bus station is just a short walk across the street. There's the opportunity to order bread and bread rolls for delivery (except Sunday). The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need. It's my no. 1 address when coming back to Stubaital.

The perfect 10 apartment for vacation. Where can I start? The location in the Stubaital Valley? The helpful and polite hosts Family Kindl and especially Stefanie? The luxurious and spacious apartment which was a great fit for a big family like ours? The provision of free Stubai Super Cards to use the local cable cars and visit the surrounding peaks or the public bus to visit Innsbruck? The cleanliness? We had a short but lovely stay in Stubaital. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, huge and comfy bedrooms with beds in old wood design, sunny balcony with great views, two bathrooms, Smart-TV with guest Netflix account. The location is great, quite and in 5min walking distance you can reach restaurants and supermarkets. There was even a possibility to order fresh bread in the morning. It was only a 5-minute walk to the Schlick 2000 ski area. The host was exceptional friendly and professional.

Barbara was a wonderful host. She arranged our bus transport from Innsbruck Hbf to Neustift round trip at no cost for us and picked us up at our bus stop. Our apartment was very well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen had everything you would want to make your own meals, a nice touch after a long day of sledding and not wanting to go back out for dinner. You can't go wrong with Haus Reiterer if your travels take you to Neustift im Stubaital!

Lovely place with absolutely unique atmosphere. The apartment is nicely furnished in modern style which makes it very stylish and cosy place. In the kitchen you will find aromatic coffee (served from a coffee machine), tea and olive oil, and in the bathroom all hygenic stuff you need. The level care was outstanding which gave me a feeling of comfort, warmth and relaxation. I have been many times in Stubaital but this place is the nicest of all. I recommend it with all my heart ❤️

Great hospitality by the 82 years old mother of the host (who was on vacation). The apartment is large and very comfortable with great views of the mountains from the garden. The location in Neustift im Stubaital is perfect for traveling in the Stubai valley. Supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and travel time of no more than 20 minutes by car to all the attractions in the valley. Stubai card which saves a lot of money is included. We highly recommend the place.

Good location for reaching various parts of Stubaital. The Stubaicard included with the price was a huge bonus allowing bus and cable car travel to walks. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic view from my room and large balcony. Good food including imaginative vegetarian options. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a beer in the evening enjoying the spectacular mountains around us. Also a range of musical events in the village.

Very well maintained apartment with everything needed available. Superb restaurant with amazing meals (including a cozy and lavish BBQ, and pleasant thinking along with regard to the preferences of our kids). Comfortable service ensuring fresh bread every morning. Beautifully landscaped garden with very relaxing natural pool. Perfectly located in the nice Stubaital.

Nice familiar small hotel. Top location in Neustift im Stubaital. I was surprised since the beginning from the kind welcoming, nice food at breakfast and the terrace. I received A "Stubaital-Card" which offers free amenities (like, gondolas), which was highly appreciated. I loved the human touch you get in this hotel. I will be happy to come back

The apartment is in the best place in whole Stubaital for skiing, it’s close to both Stubai glacier and Schlick ski centres, and the ski bus stop is just 50m from the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful, and the sauna was super nice after a whole day of skiing. The hosts were super kind and helpful.

The house had great views to the east in the Stubaital. We had a two-room apartment with its own floor, bathroom and sitting area with multiple balconies. We paid extra for a full breakfast. The hausfrau was exceptionally friendly and set the tone for a welcoming home.

The place - Stubaitall is execelent. Amazing.... We received the Stubai super card for the accommodation, so we had many benefits, including the cable cars. The apartment was small but cozy, very pleasant.... nice balkony....

Really really friendly engaging and helpful owners and a great Austrian breakfast. Really handy for the free buses to Innsbruck and cable car stations. The inclusive Stubaital super card makes it good value too.

Apartment was pretty big, nice and clean. Location in Stubaital is great for skiing. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel was very quiet, and very accessible, 5 min walk to the center, we had a very great time. They took care of us and they have noticed that one of us was having his birthday, they celebrated with us and brought a musician and it was a very nice surprise, we really appreciated this allot. The receptionist were very supportive and nice.

The location was great, the room was amazing, very clean, great view, the staff was very helpful, breakfast was great with a lot of options.

Everything at Hotel Erika was great. The staff could not be more accommodating, the spa facilities were lovely, the food delicious and to top it off the views were stunning. I would definitely recommend to anyone
