The thoughtfulness of the staff and care they take to ensure you have a relaxing visit is unlike anything we've experienced before- the spa is exceptionally clean, the (included) beverages in the spa area and snacks are great, rooms are cozy, beds are comfortable (they even include two different types of pillows), wonderful restaurant with delicious food, and a top management keeping an eye on everything but without being intrusive. We look forward to returning as soon as possible!

Great variety of food served with our stay everyday (we loved the salad bar that comes with dinner in particular). We really enjoyed using the wellness centre (which has a pool, sauna and steam room) after a day of hard skiing. The driver Goran was very friendly and helped us to and from the train station, as well as to and from the gondolas everyday. The reception was always ready to help with anything and very understanding when we had to change our group size prior to arriving, despite issues we faced due to Booking.com customer service. Would be happy to stay again!

The meals were diverse, delicious, and beautifully presented. The location is unbeatable—close to the ski lifts and set in a breathtaking area, making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure. The spa facilities are outstanding, featuring multiple saunas, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi—all beautifully designed and perfectly maintained. Everything was superb and exceeded all expectations. The staff at the hotel was exceptional. When I booked there was only an option to have both: breakfasts and dinners included. However, I was having dinners out with my family who was visiting. The hotel returned me money for dinners. Such a nice gesture. Also, when I checked out the last day I still went for skiing, they kindly provided me with the card for a ski room where I could have taken a shower and changed after skiing. Very attentive staff!

A wonderful hotel with large and comfortable rooms, friendly service, an excellent breakfast buffet and optional half-pension for a very reasonable price! At our times, accommodations like this where you feel really appreciated as a guest, have become rarities! Very quiet location, too!
Very friendly, helpful and professional family team run the hotel. Classic Austrian alpine decor and cleanliness. More than tolerant of our two young energetic kids threatening to destroy the peace! Ski bus runs like clockwork every 15min to the two main lifts in St Anton and stops a stones throw from the hotel. We also used the same bus to travel for free from the train (terminal West) station to the hotel. Nice spa facilities. Good breakfast and afternoon tea. Dinner is reasonably priced and flexible if doing half board.
Amazing gastronomy, friendly and very kind staff! They reccomended us so many interesting things what to do during our stay. Especially Bostjan is the right person in right place! The best! We hope to see again!

Owned and run by family. They care about their hotel and guests. Breakfast is very good with a view of the mountains. Spa is small, but surprisingly not crowded. Outdoor pool with a view.

Everything, it exceeded our expectations, we stayed for several nights and we never got bored, kids enjoyed the pool and other facilities, apartment was spacious, comfy and super clean, view was majestic, we have experienced diffrient look everyday because of weather changing, it was truly magical. Super friendly staff and always ready to help. Thanks, will definitely plan to come back again
