In general, this is a very good hotel, new and clean, with wonderful facilities and very helpful staff. Location is 400 m to Giggijoch Bahn, which is 5 mins by feet or one bus stop. Ski room is great. Our room has a large balcony. Breakfast was awesome. Spa facilities and outdoor swimming pool are mind blowing. We used spa every day of our stay :)

The staff is professional and very helpful. I was lucky as I got an free room update and the possibility for an early check in as well as a late check out. I enjoyed every minute in the hotel and I certainly will go back.
