Located 10 km from Sankt Pölten, Hotel Smart Liv'in in Böheimkirchen has a 24-hour check-in. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Everything was perfect, even though I was expecting problems from highwater that happened just shortly before, there is absolutely nothing that actually disturbs a stay in this place. Even if it is a self check in-hotel, there is mostly somebody present to help, if there are any questions.

Nice shower. We were late arrivals so the reception contacted us to explain how to proceed when we arrive. Good breakfast. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor and has a very nice view.

Good “continental” breakfast included, breakfast menu for eggs and more available for purchase. It was a good stop, we were very comfortable. Highly recommend.
