Our stay at the Hotel Bergland was absolutely delightful. The setting was ideal for a relaxing stay... peaceful, lovely views, and it offered everything we needed. The half board menu offerings were outstanding... Chef inspired and filling. Breakfast offered fresh fruit, two types of eggs, and hot meats, a variety of baked goods, and much more.. The entire staff was extremely kind and there for you as needed. Pertisau is a hidden gem, as is this hotel... We stayed for a week and I could have stayed for a month. I can't give this hotel a high enough rating... wonderful.

Located at the entrance to the Karwendel Nature Reserve in Pertisau, the Sonnenhof is next to the Achensee Golf Course. All rooms and apartments have a balcony with panoramic mountain views. This is an excellent hotel. I stayed for one week on a walk in the mountains holiday. The hotel offers an outstanding value half-board option (breakfast and evening meal), which I recommend. They have a lovely system of table allocation. You are shown your table in the restaurant on your first day and this becomes your table for the duration of your stay, breakfast and evening meal. The service staff in the restaurant go the extra mile to ensure everything is to your satisfaction and all speak English to make you feel comfortable. The room is stylish and comfortable with a very well-equipped bathroom. As a bonus, my room had a balcony with a table and chairs, that offered fantastic views of the mountains, with both impressive sunrises and sunsets. The owners are involved in the day-to-day management of the hotel, and it shows. If you like good food, comfortable accommodation, fresh air and marvellous mountain walking on your doorstep this is a great choice.

The loft room is located on the third floor, with a huge terrace offering a magnificent view of the mountains and the golf course. The room is designed as a single space (bath and shower in the room), separate toilet. Mattress and bed linen are very good. To the beach 7 minutes walk. Very tasty and rich breakfast, lots of fruits, freshly prepared egg dishes, even fried chanterelles (!).

The half-board service is extremely good, and i really enjoy the dinner, kind of pity that i cannot drink wine.

Amazing staff: very kind, professional and helpful. The room was spacy, with a huge balcon and a breathtaking view on the mountains. The bathroom was HUGE, really modern. Pool was great as well. The food was served in a professional way with waiters making sure nothing's missing. I got what I expected and what I paid for, very satisfied! :)

We received a warm welcome. The lakefront location is exactly what we were looking for. The hotel serves a great breakfast. One big bonus was access to free bikes for all the family, which was a perfect way to explore the area.

The staff on reception were exceptional and this continued through the rest of the hotel. The room was a very good size and spotlessly clean The food was outstanding Plenty to do in the spa area and swimming outside in water at 30 degrees while watching the snow on the mountains was a fantastic experience. Will definitely visit in the summer to use the swim pond. Plenty of organised activities, or simply relax and unwind
The two ladies at breakfast were so pleasant and made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Made waking up a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at any hotel. The lakeside lounge area was also special. The rooftop spa area was tastefully done with views over the lake and mountains, although a 2pm opening time for the sauna felt overly restrictive.
