Sébastien mentioned they were short staffed, but everything was spotless, service was great and breakfast was delicious. Very well located (you can do all the main sites by foot). Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean with a very attentious staff
Great location just a few steps from innbrucke bridge and the golden roof. There is a parking on site and a market at the back of the hotel.
the kids like to play in the lake and playground. our apartment larche was so nice.
So clean, absolute perfection, the best and cleanest facilities I have ever frequented, big rooms, very good bathroom with seperate toilet, terrific terrace to relax and have a drink, fabulous views, great breakfast and restaurant. Free parking and say hello to the Alpacas. Nice swimming pool it was a bit cool on 20th of May at 6 o’clock, very refreshing.

The view was exceptional! People were So kind if we had any questions or needed help with anything. The rooms had a refrigerator which was so helpful and plenty of seating to see the view
Clean, tidy and nice. The kitchenette was perfect, with a Nespresso machine and a few capsules, dish washer and a small bag with new sponge and soap. The bathroom had shampoo body cream shower gel and a small beauty bag! Comfortable beds and electric blinders 20 minutes walking to the city centre
Fantastic location just a few minutes walk to tons of shopping and the Innsbruck Christmas markets. The hotel itself was very cute and well appointed. We did not take time o check out the amenities but were out enjoying the city. Nice large shower compared to other euro bathrooms.
