Ample and free car park provided by the hotel. Rooms were ready ahead of our arrival - clean rooms, comfy beds. Pleasant check in-check out experience. Very hospitable staff.

The luxurious Gradonna Mountain Resort can be found amid the Großglockner Resort Kals-Matrei right next to a ski slope and offers you a 3000-m² spa area and stylish rooms and chalets. I'll start with the awesome location - quiet, inside the mountain, wonderful views everywhere you look, clear air, clean water. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and in the room there was a nice wardrobe with plenty of space for your luggage. The room was very well designed and equipped with attention to every single detail - well done! And now - last but not least - the staff was amazing - helpful, professional, friendly. If I can give 10 out of 10 for the hotel, the staff that works there added additional 10 on top of the overall rating - Thank you guys! Whoever is the manager in the hotel - you build awesome team - the staff you have is a real treasure! PS - for someone who's looking for the parking details - parking is underground with plenty of spaces (1 space for each room/accomodation) and plenty of space to maneuver with large SUVs. There are a lot of parking spaces with dedicated electrical charging station. There was even a dedicated space where you can leave your personal bicycle (if you bring your own bicycle).

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast had enough options, and the dinner was delicious and copious. We received five courses every evening. I highly recommend this hotel to those who are having gluten intolerance. The first evening I asked for gluten-free meals, and they prepared everything gluten-free for me. On the other hand, in the morning, the gluten-free bread waited for me at our table. They were very attentive to my needs.
