Elegant property with every amenity you could ask for. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Best of all was the staff! They took care of everything and made the experience so special. Situated right next to the Uga Express Chair Lift to the Damüls-Mellau Ski Area, Hotel Walliserstube offers you Alpine-style rooms, an à-la-carte restaurant and a spa area. We spent Christmas here and we liked everything about our stay. We booked half board and there was a wonderful 3 course dinner everyday (with one extra course for Christmas). The proximity to ski lifts, ski and snowshoe rental equipment, and many snowshoeing trails were added advantages. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

We always looked for rural accommodation in a recent road trip around Europe, and this was perfect. When we arrived nothing much was open, and it was raining, but the staff still managed to get us squeezed into the restaurant, although we were located in the apartments just up the road. This is obviously a ski area in the right season, but perfect for walkers and cyclists at other times. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice, so definitely get it included. Worth a visit is the cable car at Son Bezau as it has amazing views and is a lovely walk. There is a restaurant at the top too.
Very nice staff, very good food (we had the demi-pension), location is good for trips and when snow for ski. All is clean, restaurant is modern, afternoon cake very good. Room very spacious and with a view. nice bathroom with toiletries. Opening times very friendly. They have kids program, even though for our stay we did not attend.
The hotel is located in a historic building in the center of the idyllic town of Schwarzenberg. Although the wellness area was under construction, with a temporary sauna installed in the garden (which looked great though), we had the most wonderful time we could wish for. Everything about the hotel is of such great quality: the staff, the exquisite food, the ambiance and the rooms. The Hotel "Hirschen" makes you feel at home and truly appreciated as a guest. A true highlight for me were the a-la-carte breakfast as well as dinner, with a different exquisite offering each day. For the moments in between, the "library-room" with fireplace provided the perfect basis to enjoy a drink. Further, the room was very spacious and had everything one could wish for (even a hiking-backpack in the closet).
We liked our spacious room and the pool. The location of the hotel is ideal to discover the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful until the end The restaurant is excellent No doubt we will be back and recommend it to friends and family

It is a great hotel, not to big. The room was very spacious with sitting area. They serve a superb breakfast , lots of choice and everything is homemade. In the afternoon homemade pie, and healthy drinks. They have a great sauna witch you can use with relax room. Close to the ski area, only 10 minutes by foot or you can take the ski bus. The view from the hotelraam was fabulous
