The hotel was great, very clean, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was also good, but the most recommended from me is dinner! If you book half board, you’ll be happy :) The pool was warm, and even if we had 12 degrees outside in the morning, it was great to swim in the pool. The interior was also very modern and beautiful. Thank you very much for the wonderful time we spent in this hotel, and special thanks to the chef for the excellent dishes we tasted :)

I saw guests thank individuals in the staff in person before leaving because they thought the service was so great and I felt that same way. They checked us in early and were very accommodating. The facilities were great and we were almost alone in the spa the days we went. The restaurant was great and had a good vibe. Great drinks and wines. Our room was amazing with a view over the slope and the hotel had a direct lift to the ski depot and to the gondola! We also parked our car for free in the garage and the garage was connected to the building which made it easy. Everything was great 10/10 all around.

Hotel location is exceptional, the view from my room was heavenly. Breakfast offered a great choice, dinners were gourmet-cooked. I felt welcome, taken care of and at home. I am especially grateful to Stefan and Victoria from the reception and Ratko from the restaurant. I don‘t know the name of the man who brings guests and their luggage to the cable car station, but I am extremely happy that he exists.
Hotellin aamiainen oli erinomainen (mm. tuoreet hedelmät iso plussa) ja puolihoidon illallinen ylitti odotuksemme. Myös lasten noutopöytä oli monipuolinen. Saimme myös kivan nurkkapöydän 8 hengen seurueellemme ravintolan oikealta perältä, joka oli viehättävä. Huoneet olivat siistit ja tilavat. Laskettelukamat sai kätevästi kaappeihin ja suora kulku ulos toimi sujuvasti. Lounge-ravintola oli myös mukava.
We loved absolutely everything about this magical place. The building and every detail about the place is thoughtful, beautiful and authentic. The renovations are impeccable while the history, charm and authenticness still shine through. The pool is spectacular the location, our room and every meal was lovely and memorable. All the staff were also exceptional. We can’t wait to return.
Hotellin aamiainen oli erinomainen, ja teevalikoima paras ikinä. Oikea teenjuojan taivas, mitä me teenjuojat harvoin saamme kokea. Saimme hissiliput hotellin vastaanotosta ja skibussin pysäkki oli suoraan hotellin kohdalla - helppoa ja vaivatonta. Päivän laskettelujen jälkeen nautimme saunaosastosta, niin kahden saunan erilaisista löylyistä kuin rentouttavista lepotuoleista ja span virvokkeista. Useampana päivänä siellä ei ollut ketään muita, ja kun oli, niin vain pari muuta hotellin asukasta. Aulabaari oli rento ja viihtyisä, söimme siinä useana iltana ja vietimme aikaa perheen kanssa myös shakkia tai korttia pelaten.

Travelling alone on a bike trip. Arrive tired. Great bathroom and bedroom. Dinner and breakfast perfect. Giant secure parking for bikes and cars.
The staff could not have been more helpful, the shi in-out is incredible, the food was simply amazing and we will be booking it again. Not cheap but great value

The breakfast was delicious and had a large selection. The location of the hotel is excellent. A particularly comfortable beds. It was especially convenient to take the lift directly to the ski rental in the morning. The spa area is very nice and enjoyable, especially the outdoor pool
The view at the alms and mountains from the hotelroom is absolutely spectacular, you can see and hear the Alpine Marmots from the room.
