Everyone we encounter was friendly and we appreciated the fact that they spoke English, because our Spanish is very bad! We showed up before check-in and were greeted with a glass of wine, and then we were able to relax on the patio while they delivered our luggage to our room along with a bottle of wine. The staff made sure everything was taken care of on the trip...they scheduled our tours of wineries, made dinner reservations, and booked all the transportation we needed. They showed us around and we were able to bike or walk around the entire property, and anytime we needed something it was quickly done.

You can count on them in everything from helping with the bikesl to best recommendations in the town in case of food, shopping, trips.. Feels like home! They didn't leave us with any problem. Splendid view from the bathroom. Perfect base for bike wine tours! After bike trip you can relax and just enjoy the garden and the swimming pool.
