Another lady at the front desk also went out of her way to get oats and rice cracks for me specifically for my diabetes diet needs on our last breakfast there. I wish hotel staff around the world could do what they do for customers.

Veronica was very responsive and helpful, allowed us to check in later than the specified time due to our bus arrival time and check out later too. The property was a 20 minute walk away from the bus station and host was very patient with our arrival.
