I was impressed by the care shown by the staff to all the guests. They were always helpful no matter how small the requests. The service at dinner was excellent and the waiter was willing to explain the menu and wine list. Nothing felt rushed. The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. Compared to the breakfast I had at a five star hotel in Tirana, the breakfast offered at this hotel was superior, especially the unlimited amount of fresh coffee. Two things about the hotel impressed greatly. The building. Every room was artistically designed and the quality of the workmanship was top notch. The same can be said for the infinity pool. In my travels i have rarely seen an equal. It is obvious that the hotel has been created as an act of love. Finally. I found the system of each customer having a private phone account with which they can contact the hotel managers 24 hours a day. This was extremely useful when visiting Vlore. No problem with getting a taxi back to the hotel late at night.

Everyone tries to make the most of your stay. We got free bottles of water every time we came back to the hotel. Even when we arrived, after we had a long drive that day, they served us croissants and cold water. The hotel itself is stylish and clean. The breakfast was also really really good.We loved everything about our stay. Would visit again!

Beautiful room & hotel with incredible views above and across Sarande. The hotel has recently opened and has been renovated beautifully with every detail thought of. The rooms are spacious, well designed, clean & very comfortable. It is a family run business and all were lovely and very accommodating- nothing was too much trouble (thank you again to Endri, Florian & Joana- I’ll see you guys next year hopefully🫶🏻) The buffet breakfast was delicious & varied and the dining area was the perfect place to enjoy some peace while overlooking the pool and city.

The service was excellent, and the girls at the reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room facilities were also very good—modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ksamil!
