It was a charming little place with a lot of love for the detail and view over the Pyrenees. I had a delay in my journey and the personel stayed up late for me with a smile.

A truly excellent hotel in every way. I am a very demanding person but i could not find fault in it in anyway! English spoken very well. Fantastic decor. The rooms were at exactly the right temperature. Excellent view of the town and mountains. Double bed and the room and bathroom were as clean as if they were brand new. I would highly recommend it. A nice and quite varied breakfast with unlimited excellent personally made coffee. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Serras Andorra is located in the Vall d’Incles region of Andorra with wonderful views of the Grandvalira mountains. We stayed at the Serras second time, and will come back again! We loved everything about this place, felt very comfortable and always had attention from the staff! The food at the restaurant was very delicious and staff friendly! Ski rentals and own slope for kids are great plus! We definitely come back again!!!

Set 10 metres from the lifts of Grandvalira Ski Resort and 2100 metres above sea level, the luxury Grau Roig is ideally located for a range of mountain activities. The description boutique is perfect. Both the food, all the team and hotel were exceptional. We will be returning in a few weeks time. We travel a lot and see this as a very rare find. Well done to everyone who makes this such a rare find.
