The area is a little picturesque Slovenian village with some restaurants offering typical cuisine, it also has local honey, cheese and milk stores. The area has beautiful forests, good bicycle trails and hiking spots, so it is a good fit for an active vacation. The place is very calm, so you can sleep well. We stayed in the apartment Murka for 3 overnights, the location is absolutely stunning, only a few steps away from the lake and from loads of walking trails that you can take directly from the house. You can also reach the center of Kranjska Gora by having a 15 minutes walk by the river. Tanja is a great hostess, she was on our disposal all the time and answered all our questions very quickly. The apartment offers very comfortable beds and a great balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast with a breathtaking mountain view. We enjoyed our stay at Jasna lake to the greatest extent and will certainly come back again!
