Boasting a terrace and views of quiet street, Vila Ana is an apartment set in a historic building in Štanjel, 25 km from Trieste Train Station. Small and modern apartment equipped with kitchenette. Perfect for a short stay. Restaurants were closed on the day we were there but we could easily cook something at the apartment and eat in the nice terrace.

Located within 28 km of Miramare Castle and 33 km of Trieste Train Station, House Wisteria provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kostanjevica na Krasu. Nice and helpful host, very clean, beautiful garden, great ambient, dogs are welcome, sauna - for an additional cost, but very nice. The host prepared us croissants and coffee in the morning.

Featuring mountain views, Hiša posebne Sorte features accommodation with patio, around 29 km from Trieste Train Station. There isn't a thing you could not like here. Seriously. Ok, the weather played a bit tricks on us the first day. But even it redeemed itself with a beautiful rainbow at the end of the day. So, when you have a group of friends or family, all of them having time (which can be the most difficult part these days) and you want to spoil them (and yourself), book a stay. Reserve a table for dinner. And then - enjoy.

Set in Divača, 600 metres from The Škocjan Caves, Hostel Škrla offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. We were very satisfied with everything. The approach of the owner and staff was great. unfortunately we could only stay one night, we planned for longer. We will definitely be happy to come back, because it is a great place to visit the cave, as well as the canyons and surroundings. The environment is beautiful, the cave is breathtaking. The accommodation is quite close to the entrance to the cave, but at the same time to the side, away from the hustle and bustle, so you won't be disturbed by the crowds of tourists coming and going from the cave. Pleasant rural environment and atmosphere. The building is historical, but pleasantly reconstructed. It fits perfectly into the environment. However, we had a little trouble finding it at night. The navigation took us further than we should have gone, a few 10 m. Even before the destination on the navigation, it is necessary to turn left a little uphill to the parking lot directly in front of the hostel. The parking lot in the yard was quite nice, there was quite enough space. I must rate the willingness and friendliness of the staff as positively as possible. Despite the fact that we did not manage to arrive on time, they did everything to accommodate us. Even though we arrived late at night, we got to the guesthouse and the room and found everything easily and we didn't have to sleep in the car or in the parking lot. It helped us immensely. We previously had a complicated leaving home and also a trip, but despite that, everything turned out well. I also express my great gratitude to the hostel for their great hospitality and patience. The breakfast was excellent. It was just right for 2 people. Neither much nor little. Everything for breakfast was homemade, including excellent elderberry lemonade. We started with good coffee. We slept well at night, it was pleasant, nothing disturbed us. The room was furnished very well for a hostel, even above standard. We would love to come again.

Boasting accommodation with a terrace, Apartma Furlan is situated in Štanjel. The property is around 26 km from Piazza Unità d'Italia, 26 km from Trieste Port and 27 km from San Giusto Castle. The apartment was clean and quiet. We slept so well. I used WhatsApp to communicate with the host and they were welcoming and kind. The free parking and ability to view the beautiful city from the terrace and then walk up in 10min was perfect!

St.Daniel is a wonderful biohotel with great character and heart. Amazing atmosphere, beautifully decorated, incredible hosts, wonderful staff, outstanding gastronomy with local ingredients only. A magic place. It is a very special experience to have a great memory of Slovenia. There is nothing not to like. I would repeat St.Daniel without a doubt. Totally recommended for anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience. Thanks so much!
