Set a 3-minute walk from Lake Bled, Vila Alpina provides modern accommodations, decorated in alpine style, two spacious terraces with seating area, a shared living area with a flat-screen TV, and free... The staff was very friendly, helpful and know the (hiking) area very well. The room was very well equipped as described. You can order a local breakfast, which is more than enough for two people. The terrace view is nice, even when it rains. It is a few minutes walk to lake Bled, and maybe another healthy 20 minutes to Bled itself.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Turistična kmetija Grabnar is a recently renovated farm stay set in Bled, 1.9 km from Grajska beach. Boyana was so friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, and her family was delightful.

Apartments Mulej has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Bled, 3 km from Grajska beach. Great location and view. Communication went smoothly. It is probably most spacious accommodation I rented over booking.com. For every recommendation.

Located in Bled, 3.8 km from Bled Castle, The RiverSide Chill Hostel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and barbecue facilities. The hostel is located next to a river, slightly uphill from the quiet village - on a clear day, the mountain backdrop is quite stunning. Easy to reach if you have a car, bus connection to Bled station is also easy to find. It’s the perfect location if your main purpose is visiting Vintgar gorge (about 20mins walk from the hostel). The second I stepped in, it felt like staying at a friend’s house. Katya & Ryan are exceptionally friendly, they’re very knowledgeable about the area. They provided one of the best breakfast I’ve had in hostels. Rooms were clean, bathrooms & toilets were spacious. The nearby river creates a relaxed ambience, we can also sit next to the water on a hammock or stools they provided.
