The host was incredibly kind- he allowed us to leave our luggage both before and after checkout. The room was gorgeous and felt very safe (female traveler). Gorgeous view from on top of the hotel, good recommendations from the owner, a safe in the room, easy walking distance from everything. I can't recommend highly enough.

Located in Hydra, 1.3 km from Paralia Vlichos and 700 metres from George Kountouriotis Manor, Hydra Serene Escape offers a garden and air conditioning. Enjoyed the solitude. Because it was located away from the tourist area of Hydra. It was a five minute walk to a lovely taverna where we enjoyed dinners each night. Her father was so kind to meet us at the dock and he carried the luggage in the day we left he met us at the door and carried the luggage again

Piteoussa rooms, a property with a garden, is located in Hydra, 600 metres from Hydra Port, 600 metres from George Kountouriotis Manor, as well as 3 km from Profitis Ilias Monastery. I will definitely be returning and staying at Piteoussa again. Yiannis is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional and made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We stayed in a room next to the backyard and everything from the decor to the bedding to instructions for the room was handled perfectly. It's a quick walk to and from the port and a short walk to restaurants, beaches, shops, etc. (Bonus: when we told someone who had lived on the island where we were staying, they confirmed it was a wonderful place to stay.) My only regret was that we didn't stay on Hydra longer-- but there's always next time. This is a place you feel like you should return to again and again.
