Our stay in the Sugar Loaf suite was delightful from start to finish. The approach to this imposing stately home is stunning, as are the gardens and surrounding mountains. Our 3-room suite (bedroom, sitting room, enormous bath) was beautifully decorated, with obvious thought given to guests’ every comfort. If you love antiques, 4-poster beds, floral chintz and a large claw foot soaking tub, this is for you! Views from windows on 3 sides, even from the tub. A balcony from which to enjoy the perfectly manicured gardens. Wonderful breakfasts! (Dinners by special arrangement and highly recommended.). Best of all: the hosts, Harry and Nicola. They will attend to your every wish, and they have wonderful stories to tell of championship equestrian competition and of Nicola’s father, an internationally famous cricketer.

The cottage was in a beautiful location with lovely views. Outstanding host making you feel welcomed and willing to give advice on places to see and things to do and eat. The breakfast hamper was amazing with lovely ingredients, definitely a must. Overall an amazing and relaxing experience and met lovely people, we will definitely be returning.

Wales' Highest Village - The Chartist Cottage - Trefil har sydvendt have og ligger i en hytte fra det 18. århundrede i Trefil, den højeste landsby i Wales, nær Tredegar i Gwent-regionen. Cottage is amazing, I would love to come back as soon as possible. Quiet, clean, beautiful interiors, felt super cozy. Was much bigger than I expected, bed was comfy, and internet worked perfectly. All was great.

Oak Tree Cabin ligger i Caldicot, 36 km fra Bristol Temple Meads Station, 36 km fra Bristol Cathedral og 40 km fra University of South Wales - Cardiff Campus. Honestly, this is the most beautiful little cabin When we got there, they had put pumpkins outside in pots and a little pumpkin wreath on the gate. It was so welcoming amd cosy feeling. And on entering there was a little basket with breakfast goodies and cookies. And 2 beautiful autumnal mugs with hot chocolate sachets to go with a pack of cookies also left for us. Just everything was perfect. Can not wait to go back. Ps. Most comfortable bed ever!!

Grandads Shack, a property with a garden, is set in Pontypool, 38 km from Motorpoint Arena Cardiff, 38 km from Cardiff University, as well as 38 km from Cardiff Castle. Grandads shack is a very comfortable, spacious caravan with everything you need. It's very peaceful location and the views of the surrounding hills are lovely. We stayed for a few days with our children to visit friends in Newport. We all enjoyed the nearby Pontypool Park, massive park with lots to explore.

Babs the host was so lovely & did everything to make us feel welcome & comfortable. She got all the baby things out for me & even ran the baby a bath. Very cosy cottage & close to beautiful places to visit. Welsh cakes were delicious too! Thank you Babs 🙏💚

4 Bedroom Town House in Llanfoist ligger i Abergavenny, blot 50 km fra University of South Wales - Cardiff Campus. The welcome note and gift basket left us smiling. Parking space was a bonus, location perfect for us and the surrounds beautiful, my daughter took lots of pictures through the bedroom windows. 3rd floor unsuits ,,,just beautiful. What a beautifully decorated, calm, lovely home. We like that Nicola and Michael was accessible if we needed them. location was perfect for us as we had a wedding to attend at Sant Ffraed House, 10mins away. My housemates were so comfortable it was hard to get them out on time. We will definitely recommend this location.
