A modern New hotel with friendly, helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Smeg appliances were a surprise! How nice! Breakfast was lovely with so much choice including nice coffee and waffles (yum) Couldn’t hear anything when we went in our room and the beds were comfy. We both slept soundly. A lovely big shower with lots of options. The hotel was right in the centre of Rochdale and mere metres the shops. M&S, Next, Starbucks, Cinemas, plus all manner of others. Close to the Rochdale tram. I saw car parking, but don’t know about it as we came by train. Warm in the room for the chilly weather outside and we were able to adjust the temperature in our room with a thermostat. We had a terrific view of the town hall clock and spire from our window. This was the least expensive hotel we have booked for our month long holiday, yet I think it will be hard to beat for value! Would definitely recommend this to friends and family. 10/10!

There was free coffee, tea and chocolate at the reception anytime and overall it was a fantastic stay, would recommend for anyone.

It was stunning. They say the love is in the details and this property was Exhibit A. The owner lives on property and went above and beyond to make us so comfortable. Plus, our beloved dog passed away last year and Barry had two of the most darling puppies you’ve ever seen. They did our hearts good. Amy manages the spa and treatment rooms and was precious. And Chantelle {I so hope I spelled that right} had our room looking like something out of a magazine when we arrived. You will LOVE every minute of your stay here.

Con vistas al jardín, noches de cine y minibar. Ofrece alojamiento con patio y hervidor a unos 20 km del estadio Old Trafford. The place was amazing. Everything you needed. Kitchen garden room was beautiful. Host was superb. Allowed to check out later for free and parking right outside. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Tea coffee machines ect. It really a nice getaway.
