Exactly how it looks in the photos The staff are friendly and professional. The room\hotel is clean. The linens are amazing! And the mattress was really comfortable. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station. And lots of food options around. There's a construction site in front of the hotel. But the windows are soundproof, and you hardly hear any noise. Even with open windows! It was a pleasure to stay there.

Location was great, staff were great, rooms were spacious and well equipped. Nice shower and hotel facilities including gym, bar and restaurant. We had requested rooms next to each other and preferably interconnecting and this was provided.

Occupying levels 34-52, the Shangri-La Hotel The Shard, London offers 5-star luxury and breathtaking views of the capital and beyond. Very well maintained facilities. We used the pool and sauna daily. The room was immaculate and the view was to die for. The location, close to borough market and London bridge station, was also wonderful. I especially enjoyed their WhatsApp concierge. You can ask for help anytime with a text message and all can be arranged for you.
