Set in the Cotswold market town of Tetbury, this charming town house dates back to 1535 and boasts a restaurant with views of the walled garden and fountain. Tge staff were very attentive. The room - Jacobean - was quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The bedding was lovely and we enjoyed the tea, coffee and treats provided in the room. The breakfast was outstanding, everything you could want was included. Great location with good parking and right in the middle of town.

With a rich and vibrant history, the riverside town of Tewkesbury boasts stunning scenery, including almost 400 listed buildings and an elegant 900-year-old Abbey. The hotel and restaurant is in a beautiful location. It is so well kept and has fantastic amenities that it exceeds three stars by far. The rooms are super spacious, beautiful with a lot of details and very clean as well as quiet. The whole hotel is well kept. There is free parking in the back, one can walk around Tewksbury easily. Nisha and Carol were amazing. I left my charger and they will send it to me to London. The restaurant and its food is really tasty and price wise in good relation.

Kate was very lovely. it's pretty close to Stroud centre, was 15 min walk? taxi was cheap getting back to the place. parking isn't the worst and is the same as most small street parking. room was nice and warm, bed was comfy. lovely selection of tea and coffee.
