The property is non-smoking and is located 300 metres from Paignton Beach. These guys are nailing the perfect service that there’s no way you’d get in so many other places. The proprietors and every one of their amazing team, are friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast was bang on. Garden space for nice evenings. A lovely little daytime bar. Parking spaces. On the front. Don’t let folks saying about noise put you off, seagulls are present, yes, as they are in all seaside towns, I think in any hotel you’d hear them around! We didn’t have any problem with noise, in fact I couldn’t believe how quiet it was after 10:30pm, and we stayed a three night weekend. Absolutely loved it. Keep doing what you’re doing, you work long days, and go the extra mile for people. We had an amazing weekend, and can’t thank you all enough. Claire and Jo.

This is by far the best hotel experience I have had in London, and the best value as well. The rooms were so comfortable, and beautifully designed. We loved having a kitchenette to be able to prepare breakfast each morning. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect too- just steps away from great restaurants, bars, shops, markets, and the tube station. When I'm in London, I wouldn't stay anywhere else now!
