Situated in Moffat, 33 km from Dumfries and County Golf Club, Moffat House features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Absolutely love the decor and standard of furniture, fixtures and fitting of this beautifully refurbished Georgian house. Extremely well decorated and furnished, spacious, with a large bar area, large restaurant with linen tablecloths, and a separate dining area for four-legged friends. Good to know that pets are welcome and are catered for, but those without pets can dine in a separate area. Bedroom (No. 7) was beautifully furnished, spacious with very comfy super king size bed and lovely walk-in shower room with a hot powerful shower. We didn't dine in the restaurant in the evening but we both had a scrumptious breakfast in the morning. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly, efficient and attentive. Finally, the price for B&B for two was very reasonable. What's not to like ??? Highly recommended !!!

Set in Gretna, the recently renovated Kirkcroft Guest House offers accommodation 42 km from Thirlwall Castle and 17 km from Carlisle Railway Station. Chris and Tony were fantastic hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent one.

A recently renovated holiday home situated in Moffat, Cosy country cottage in rural location features a garden. We’ve stayed here before and it is always exceptionally clean, tidy and homely. Very safe for the dogs and the fire is always ready to be lit which is a lovely touch! Highly recommended.

Featuring heated pool, 47 Lochview is set on the beachfront in Stranraer. This campground offers a terrace as well as a bar. Nice and clean place.Kids enjoyed a lot

Situated 36 km from Dumfries and Galloway Golf Club, 47 km from Traquair House and 49 km from Drumlanrig Castle, Character cottage in centre of Moffat offers accommodation located in Moffat. Beautiful cottage with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely big kitchen and nice to have the option of a bath. Very clean and well appointed. Even the neighbours are friendly and welcoming!

The location was brilliant just what we wanted, plenty of space to park and also lovely walks along the river with our dog, 5 mins walk from the town centre.

Featuring mountain views, The Galloway Steading - The Stag Hoose family cabin provides accommodation with a private beach area and a patio, around 2.3 km from Ringdoo Sands Beach. The cabins are well located, plenty of space and secure for our dogs. Firepit is well thought out with seating, hot tub is covered for all round weather usage and the accommodation is well laid out, warm and cosy.
