The Little Mill Inn is a traditional country pub is in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside, close to Hayfield, Kinder Scout and The Pennine Way. We stayed at the little mill for the second time, We just loved the peace and quiet , and the opportunity to switch off completely, Sarah & Ian and all of the staff where wonderful hosts , we will be back.

Offering a garden and garden view, Beautiful Cottage in Ashbourne is located in Ashbourne, 33 km from Buxton Opera House and 33 km from Chatsworth House. Very modern, clean and beautiful cottage. Great location, easy access to the town. Communication was great from owners and very accommodating. Will definitely be recommending and staying again.

Luxury Shepherd Hut in the Peak District in Bakewell provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and barbecue facilities. With garden views, this accommodation offers a patio. We absolutely loved it here. The view from the hut is stunning, At arrival a lot of little attentions welcomed us and our dog. Dog towels, treats, a toy, a chew, bowels. Everything was there. Very dog friendly. The owner came to check on us every now and then and was very friendly and attentive. There´s lots to do in the area. So we´ll come back for sure, one week´s too short!! Situated in Bradwell, in a historic building, 18 km from Buxton Opera House, Lyndale House is a bed and breakfast with a garden and terrace. This property is an absolute charmer. Amazing hosts that make you feel like it's a home away from home. We stayed in the double room and the bathroom was huge and the bed was very comfy. The pub directly over the road serves great meals, and we had a great time exploring the peak area.

Located in Castleton, 16 km from Buxton Opera House, Bulls Head, Castleton provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Everything especially the decor, the only downside we would have liked a full English breakfast rather than what we had even though it was very nice

Offering garden views, The Barn Studio is an accommodation set in Millers Dale, 10 km from Buxton Opera House and 21 km from Chatsworth House. The barn was exceptionally clean. The kitchen had all the utilities we needed. The decor was very cosy, and the location was quiet. It was nice that the tv had BBC iPlayer and Netflix, so we were able to relax and watch Paris olympics in evenings after all-day hikes. We hope to come back again.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Foxlow Grange By Muse Escapes features accommodation with free bikes and free WiFi. The accommodation features a spa bath. Took the family for a long weekend to the Peak district and the place could've been better. The apartment was modern, clean and tastefully decorated. And the facilities were great too. It felt like home. We would come back again.
