We had such a wonderful stay, when we arrived the hosts had lit a fire for us and everything was even more lovely than the photos! They’d left us a range of biscuits, and plenty tea/coffee etc The bed was like a hotel with a lovely arranged blanket and chocolates. Everything was so clean and the owners went above and beyond to meet our needs - they even provided a cosy dog bed which our dogs loved!! Gorgeous views of the horses. Fire pit outside. We could go on and on about how great it is!

Debbie made us feel welcome and we appreciated the extra touches such as cake on arrival, whisky nightcap and bath robes provided. Good location for visiting the Falkirk Wheel, the Kelpies, Stirling or Edinburgh. Also good central location if you need to have a break when travelling. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the top floor to ourselves and the decoration and general finishing made it feel cozy and romantic.
